INSPIRING THINSPIRATION: Losing 219 Pounds in 10...
Meet Shirley, 10 months ago, she weighed 343 pounds.
After 10 months of serious work out and strict diet (no treatments and surgery), this is how she looks now.
She lost a total of 219 pounds and currently weighs 124 pounds.
SHE’S TRULY INSPIRATIONAL. PLEASE DON’T LOSE HOPE, if Shirley can, we all can. :) Good luck beautiful!

Pant Progress lol
You may notice my wrist/hand is blurry in the pics, but that’s because I don’t want to show my tattoos :p Anyways, these fit me quite snuggly back in the fall, but now they’re obviously too big. Goodbye size 24W pants!

Found 2 pairs of old jeans way back in my closet that fit!! They’re really worn through in areas so they won’t last long, but at least they fit … and they’re a size 18!! All of my new pants are sizes 22-24, which explains why they’re so frickin big on me now!

None of my pants are fitting properly … they’re all massive on me in some way or another. The one pair actually started to slide down as I was walking! I only have a few more pair to try on. I’m crying right now and I don’t know whether it’s because I’m happy I’ve clearly lost weight, or pissed all these lovely new pants I’ve barely worn are now...
